I didn't get a shot of the historic swing

like I wanted, just one good one of him trying!

At 2:14PM on Sunday May 28th 2006,

off a 90 mph fastball, Barry Bonds hit his 715th home run to break Babe Ruth's record. was at San Francisco's AT&T Park two days before on Friday May 26th hoping to see him do it, but missed it by two days. The Rockies walked him every time he got up to bat. I didn't get a shot of the historic swing like I wanted, just one good one of him trying!

Below are a few shots of the day,

including the fireworks show

after the game kicking off the

and the Memorial Day weekend.
